SUSRUR is launching a call to for experts to participate as an external evaluator in the Open Call #1 - ACCELERATOR Program. Deadline: 23rd of May, 2023, 17:00 CEST
SUSRUR aims to support SMEs from 5 rural & remote areas of Europe (Asturias, Spain; Western Macedonia, Greece; Harghita, Romania; Utena, Lithuania; Steirisches Vulkanland, Austria) by promoting sustainability and innovative practices & strategies while providing tools and skills to strengthen their competitiveness in a post-COVID-19 scenario, increasing their awareness and capacity to accelerate and implement the twin green & digital transitions.
Are you the person we are looking for?
- We look for experts in Tourism in rural & remote areas, in sustainability and innovative practices & strategies;
- Your expertise can be either as an entrepreneur, consultant, researcher;
- You will be excluded of the process in case you applied to SUSRUR OC#1;
- It’s important that you are from or with experience in one of the 5 target geographical areas in the SUSRUR project, in the designated area.
What are the advantages to participate in this OC process?
- Being able to contribute to the SUSRUR goals and a COSME project as evaluator (you cannot publicly announce that you worked with the SUSRUR project (only after December 2025), as its confidential process, where the evaluators remain anonymous, however you can say you are involved as expert in a European Commission project;
- Be compensated economically for the work performed - Based on the EC rules, the work in supporting SUSRUR Open Call will be reimbursed based on the number of proposals reviewed, with each proposal corresponding to a value of €45 (considering in average 1 hour to evaluate each proposal);
- Be involved in the process, get to know your peers and contribute to the success of the SUSRUR project and a project that is designed to benefit your region;
